Why personality types are crucial to recruiting the best metal workers.

Weldcraft has always emphasised innovation as the key to being an industry leader. One of the ways we stand out is the psychological element we have introduced into our methods. We use a combination of human psychological knowledge and personal experiences to form the base of our persona analysis strategy, all of this is aimed at creating the next level of quality and benefiting the employer experience. We focus on up to seven key personality types known as opinion leaders or influencers and we focus on the specific candidates that historically have the highest impact on creating positive influence within a team setting.

This process was developed to increase productivity and deliver the best possible results. Skill is one thing, but having the drive and motivation to be performing at maximum capacity is attributed to mindset. Human beings have evolved to subconsciously mimic the behaviours of others in their community, what this means is poor behaviours such as not meeting deadlines, having a negative attitude about the workload or not getting along with other staff members can all have a ripple effect on the overall productivity of the project. When we supply employees, we aim to provide the highest calibre of professionals that will not only complete the task but also have a positive influence on the mindset of existing workers.
